So… I know what you’re thinking, “Bayo! WHERE THE HECK HAVE YOU BEEN???” Thanks for asking, I’m doing quite well actually. I think I’ve grown an inch taller again. At least my mom thinks so. She might be whining me but who cares!

Since the last time I Bantered, Brooded or Brilliant Something’d, I’ve ended a lot of things and I suppose naturally, I also started things as well.

I finished NYSC…

You should be celebrating for me too cus that thing was hellish. I did make some of the most amazing friends though. Friends like Constance, Eniafe, Goodness, Tolu, etc. All of them with their big heads. People who’ve been practically Godsent.

I also quit my job! The NYSC one… You know, the engineering one I just realised I never actually told you guys about on here. Wow, it’s been THAT long, huh.

Omo, I can’t even begin to do breakdown cus NYSC year was crazy, but you had to be there. Sha sha, I worked at Jubaili Bros in Oregun, Ikeja. It was… nice. Loved the people and it made my corper salary not feel as crummy. Plus I was working like four other jobs to balance out.

Then I got overwhelmed, and boy lemme tell ya, it was a trip!

Speaking of trips, in November I took a trip to Ghana with my mama. Yeahhh, look at them rhymessss.

Alright, moving on.

I also took a couple of personal trips to Ibadan via train in June/July. Why? Because I wanted to shoot a film with my friends, but when you think about it objectively, it wasn’t such a great idea. Still, I met a bunch of amazing people on that trip and even saw an old friend from A-Level school. He just became a medical doctor! Congrats Ayo!

Fast forward to now, I’ve put out about 3 more seasons of my podcast since the one that was ongoing when this channel stopped. Now I’m about to put out another one and well, it’s in God’s hands.

I’ve also just finished film school, at EbonyLife Creative Academy, where I took a free screenwriting course. It was totally worth it and I definitely recommend.

A lot else has happened, but as interesting as they may be, they can’t all fit in here. Like that time an SUV almost ran us off the road (hit us about three times… and it was kinda fun). Or the time when—

Anyway, how have you been? I really missed you. I want to do this again, and I will, by God’s grace. There’s a lot to say that I guess you’ll find out as time goes on. Please feel free to send in your replies, questions, etc. I’m back, fr.
